How is IPL® Photofacial Performed?
Dr. Baker uses the Lumecca system for IPL® Photofacial treatments. Intense pulsed light is administered in short bursts during the treatment. You may notice a slight stinging on the skin.
What Should I Expect During IPL® Photofacial Recovery?
Normal symptoms post-treatment are redness and mild swelling. You should avoid sunlight for the first seven days and use sunscreen when outdoors.
