Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of you scheduled appointment via the card on file. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling a consultation. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $100 (Dr.Baker’s Schedule) / $50 (MedSpa Schedule) via the card on file. This amount must be paid prior to rescheduling.

72 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment for Morpheus8 Body / V. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 72 hours advance notice your 10% deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made upon rescheduling.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% for their “missed” appointment via the card on file.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

If you do not confirm your appointment by either : text response, voicemail left with our office, email response or verbal confirmation with the office staff at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, then your appointment will be considered unconfirmed.  If our office is unable to confirm your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, then our office reserves the right to cancel your appointment (still subject to the above policies) / place you on unconfirmed status and schedule another patient in that scheduled appointment time slot without any further notice. When a patient presents to our office for an unconfirmed appointment they will be considered a walk-in patient, with no scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate unconfirmed walk-in patients, however, there are no guarantees on the time you will be seen. In most cases our office will need to reschedule your appointment for another day and your initial appointment will still be subject to the policies detailed above.

Out of respect and consideration to our providers and other customers, please plan your appointments accordingly and be on time.
